Hey, let's talk about five steps to the perfect sale

So when it comes to sales, okay, you have to see it from your perspective & from the buyers perspective

What do they have to ask and they forget that the buyers also has their perspective

prospecting/ lead generation. Okay, it doesn't matter if you have a funnel and you're actually
asking people for the information their name & email or if you just

Inviting people in okay, you're generating leads

Okay, are you an expert in what you're talking about? from the buyers perspective..
interest! okay, they will show... now they will show that they actually
Want to know more about what you're doing. Okay, if you're
Talking about a problem that you had solved through this product
They will ask you they will want to know which product are you talking about? Okay, how can I have it?
Oh, how how does it work? Okay, they want to know a little bit more before they show you their credit card
Okay, they want to know how long does it take to have those results that you're talking about. They want to know what do they
What do they have to do to achieve those same results? Okay, they will show interested in what you have!
Step four: negotiate. Okay from the buyers perspective
Commitment. Okay. This is where you say. okay you
Really want to do this? This is where you sign up or you really want this product.?This is how you get it
Okay, this is where you close. Okay from the buyers perspective. They will commit. Okay, okay

So they have to go through those steps that you gave them to follow and they will commit to sign up or to buy
Step number five. Okay from a sale. This is the most important and people actually think no... this is
Important because this is when the money comes and then it's over but NO this is where it all starts. Okay
Delivery and fulfillment. Okay from your perspective
Okay, you're delivering you're showing the product you're showing the service you're presenting it to
Your audience. Okay from the buyers perspective. This is the experience. Okay
This is where it all starts because this is when they're going to see okay
This is when they will start to
See if the money they pay okay is WORTH the experience they're getting? Okay?
This is where they will see. Okay, how good your product is?
Okay, how good the service is and how close to their goals
Are they now that they purchased this from you? Why do I say this is the most important? because a lot of people just
Forget about this once they close. Okay, they make the close or they get the sign-up. Okay, and they don't care anymore
Okay, the money comes in the Commission comes in and they don't follow up any more with that person. Okay
Most people, most entrepreneurs just follow up with people because okay before that person said no maybe now
Circumstances have changed & they're going to say yes, but they don't follow up with people after the close. Ok, so
Everything starts after the close. Why? because you don't want just people to buy from you
once!you want people to keep buying from you, ok, if someone joins your team you want them to keep
Being on your team, right? So you need to actually deliver. Ok
You need to show that you're there, even though the transaction is over
You need to show that you're there to support them and to teach them depending on the case how they can do the same
Ok, this is how the EXPERIENCE buyers perspective

To his friends that person is not ever going to refer you to anyone when
They talk about this specific product or if they talk about you, which is even worse

Giving companies a bad name is bad, but YOU having a bad name in the industry is worse. Ok, because
Then you can join whatever company that you want, but you won't have the same authority
You won't have credibility. Ok, so
