Look inside GLOBAL STEPS - an online learning programme
that can help you and your colleagues improve your intercultural communication.
The programme is fully online, so you can log in wherever and whenever you want.
It can be run as an internal programme for a group of employees in your company,
an open programme with participants from multiple organizations,
or as an individual training tool to supplement and enhance one-on-one coaching.
Every GLOBAL STEPS program is facilitated by an experienced intercultural trainer
who begins the programme with a welcome webinar and helps guide you through three concrete challenges.
You and the other participants will solve these challenges with the help of informative videos
and other resources that teach you about the key concepts and cultural models.
To solve the three challenges, you will draw from your own real-life experiences
working across borders and cultures, so you can see how the models can be applied
in your everyday work life.
This learning-by-doing approach helps ensure that you'll become more effective
in your ongoing collaborations with global colleagues and partners.
After solving each challenge, you'll upload your worksheet and receive feedback and sparring
from your facilitator and fellow participants.
At the end of the programme, your facilitator will host a group webinar to solidify the takeaways.
You'll retain access to all the programme materials, including your solutions to the challenges
so you can refresh your knowledge whenever you need.
