SOME NEWS OUT OF SANTA BARBARA THIS MORNING, BISHOP DIEGO HIGH SCHOOL ANNOUNCED THAT DAN PEETERS HAS STEPPED DOWN AS ATHLETIC DIRECTOR TO TAKE THE SAME POSITION AT LA REINA HIGH SCHOOL IN THOUSAND OAKS.. SINCE PEETERS TOOK OVER AS A-D IN 2004, THE CARDINALS CAPTURED 18 LEAGUE TITLES IN 10 DIFFERENT SPORTS PROGRAMS. PEETERS WAS ALSO AN ASSISTANT FOOTBALL COACH AND HELPED LEAD BISHOP DIEGO TO A STATE CHAMPIONSHIP IN 2017. IN THE INTERIM, ASSISTAN AHTLETIC DIRECTOR MIKE CANO WILL TAKE OVER AS ACTING
