Top ways to keep your heart healthy. Number one avoid smoking. Two eat healthy. I would say basically avoid saturated fats, red meats. Eat a lot of greens, green vegetables and avoid sugars. Third know your numbers. So you want to keep your bad cholesterol below 70 and your good cholesterol above 40. And fourth physical exercise. 30 minutes of walking at least five days a week. And that makes your heart healthy.
