information that comes through with other people who may resonate with this information it really helps to open the flow of energy and information for others who resonate as well and just a disclaimer although this type of energy and information is coming forward more and more in my hive I heart messages it does not open for everyone every co-creation session when we gather together in oneness is going to be different and the information that's coming forward is what needs to come for for the person so the formation of this information is about the physical incarnations ascension journey to oneness through trilogy energy and what came through was these eight steps that a soul takes on its journey back to oneness this very much connects and ties into the information that was brought forward in the soul origins in the seven rays of light video series I'll put a link to that series below and these kind of go hand-in-hand in terms of a Souls journey back to oneness so I want to just give a big thank you to my client who allowed me to share this information and we are in such gratitude for the opportunity to co-create and bring this information forward as I sat down to really connect to the information more and more it started to build more and more I started connecting to things that had I had brought through in the past and it started to build upon its own foundation and bringing forward more information just from that spark of initial information that came forward from my client co-creation session that hive I heart message so to start it off the first thing that came through was the ascension journey is not new to you you have been through ascension before many of you over and over and over again we are bringing forward an eight layered cake eight steps that a soul takes in direct connection with the seven rays of light on the ascension journey to oneness through trilogy energy in ever-expanding an infinite breadth of the universe held within your now moment incarnation connected to your soul this is the three six nine sacred pattern of breath exposed in these eight steps on your soul journey towards oneness in the physical body so here on the screen I have a screenshot of this three six nine Universal vibration this breath of the universe on a much greater scale but it also applies to the micro and macro of everything within the universe this 369 energy pattern is like three sets of waves or a set of three waves if you will where the first set is the smallest or lowest vibrational set then it opens up into from that three energy into that six energy which is a higher vibrational wave and then up into the nine energy which is an even higher vibrational wave and each part of this set of three waves contain an expansion and a contraction of energy so we spoke about this three six nine energy pattern in the source within seer and now we're kind of taking it to a new level with this trilogy awakening series so we're gonna go through these eight steps that came forward regarding this trilogy energy and the physical incarnations ascension journey to oneness now at the base of these eight steps is a foundation which came through the trilogy foundation of the body of the self meaning the physical incarnation so here we are kind of getting into that base foundation of these eight steps step one is identifying the mind body spirit connection within the body of the self within your physical incarnation what came through is usually the beginning of a spiritual journey is the understanding that you as an incarnation are made up of more than just skin and bone you are living breathing being holding a greater purpose this journey of step one is about discovering the surface level knowledge of the understanding that a balanced mind body spirit means a more balanced overall self this usually involves opening to things like meditation yoga breathing techniques stillness exercise spiritual and/or religious teachings and texts and exploring things that help you to open up more this is the opening of the recognition of you as part of a greater whole you may not know what that greater whole is but you know that it is something greater by recognizing this within yourself on your journey you open the sacred energy pattern of three six nine the breath of the universe you unlock that energy within you you may open this unknowingly in your physical aspect but the energy of you desiring something greater is what opens the sacred three six nine energy pattern to be recognized in your soul this then begins the directing of your energy path towards expansion almost like it allows your soul to begin breathing again this is very much like when you as a physical body begin to awaken to how important your breath is on your ascension journey the power of your breath comes into your awareness your breath holds so much energy and power and that's sort of what was comparing me to how the soul recognizes this energy of that three six nine energy that vibration of the greater universe within you as a physical being it's like the soul remembers this breath and begins the process of breathing again which moves it into a greater expansion and rhythm with the greater universes breath the 369 energy pattern being something similar to frequency waves that come in sets of three a three energy being the lowest vibrational frequency than the six and then the nine being the highest vibration or frequency so I speak more about the three six nine energy wave or pattern in a past video that I created called the free energy series part 3 with Nikola Tesla Nikola Tesla came in and spoke more about how he was influenced and actually worked with that three six nine energy and he recognized that energy in the universe and harnessed it in his work like I also said I spoke about this three six nine energy in the source within series part two where we speak about that breath of the greater universe moving in this pattern I'm going to put all these links below so like I was saying earlier as well these eight steps are very they are directly connected to the seven rays of light so we're going to bring back the seven rays of light information that I spoke about and tie it into or sort of weave it into this information as well so there is a direct correlation the eight steps of one as through trilogy is directly connected to the seven rays of light vibrations so step one was identifying the mind body spirit connection and this is directly connected to the seventh ray on a soul level so the seventh ray just to go over what it was and what it's about is the ray of recognition it is the quality of recognizing non-physical energy and vibration so that very much really connected to step one what we were talking about just recognizing that you are greater than just your skin and bone you are greater than your physical incarnation you and you begin integrating your mind body and spirit to create a more balanced whole the seventh ray represents humanity's quest to search for bigger answers it represents soul vibration brought into the physical again very much connected to what we talked about in terms of step one and the color of the seventh ray is ruby so to go over the seven rays of light we spoke about this sort of target board and how the soul journey sort of moves from whether it maybe it had started off of the target board and it's about raising the vibration of that soul in order to get to a point that it can vibrate or have an energetic footprint that is closer to the energetic signature of source the seven rays are wave vibrations and so the seventh ray is kind of the lower vibration or the lowest vibrational wave and the first ray of light in the second ray of light and the third ray of light are the higher or highest vibrating rays of light the first and the second rays of light being the two rays of light closest to the energy of source or the vibration of source and so the seven rays of light is very much a journey of the soul in terms of its journey of of raising its vibration to meet and return back to source essentially so basically what's being shown is that when a person is able to get into this step one in their physical self because this is kind of now we're merging the physical with the soul the eight steps very much represent the physical journey and then the seven rays of light very much represent the soul journey so we are bridging that connection and merging those two journeys basically for the person so when a person is able to identify and kind of step on to that we love this of step one then on a soul level their soul is meeting the seventh ray step two is about now we are starting to dig deeper into step one and now in step two we are diving deeper into or we're beginning to dive deeper into that trilogy of the mind body and spirit and so step two is all about digging deeper into the mind this is about mastering the mind and what came through is mastering the mind is mastering a harmonious existence between the different parts of the mind so that the mind begins working as one single unit or one cohesive unit rather than three different units what came through is the mind is a doorway to much expansion and exploration once you are able to understand it and dissect how it works a bit more this is opening your soul into the three energy and breath so if we connect this to the three six nine energy pattern of the greater universe opening into step two opens you in yourself in your physical incarnation to bring through that three energy that three breath that three vibration for many these three aspects of the mind the conscious unconscious and subconscious are working in three different departments and they do not talk to each other but moving up on your and journey is about bridging these three minds and getting them to work together in a harmonious way with the higher vibrational energy opening on the planet comes your ability to unlock the mind the subconscious which was harder to access in the lower vibrations of Earth Gaia is now coming to the surface to be recognized and realized people are able to tap into their subconscious in a conscious way and dig up things that they've been hiding under the rug this is also why practices such as qhht and dqh and past life regression plays such important roles right now in the collective to get people to open up their minds and tap into that subconscious in order to understand more and in order to help release and heal things for that person the mind is the driver of your experience and when you get all three aspects of the mind on the same page then it puts you in control of your full experience rather than you only being in control of your experience basically one third of the time so this is step two and in connecting step two with the seven rays of light when a person is able to reach step two in their physical aspect in their physical incarnation in terms of mastering the mind in along their journey then on a soul level they are able to connect vibrationally to the sixth ray of light the sixth ray of light to go over this again the quality and energy of the six three is it's the ray of manifestation it is the quality of divine inspiration that sparks manifestation the sixth ray opens up energy of creation in the physical and non-physical it opens up the ability to manifest it represents humanity's quest to be creators in their own right and the color of the six three is orange so now we're beginning to work our way in inwards in this target board from the seventh vibrating a little bit higher on a soul level on that soul signature level into the 6-3 of light step three is digging even further into that initial trilogy of mind/body/spirit here we are mastering the body what came through is that mastering the body is mastering the body responses to the mind are you aware of how your body responds to your mind and thoughts or are you allowing your mind and body to play without supervision this is much to do about being in control only one-third of the time like we spoke about if you were only aware in your mind of your conscious mind you really are only in control of one third of yourself basically and so taking it into mastering the body if you really are only aware of your conscious body then the same thing you really are only aware or being in control of one third of yourself in terms of your your body and the body is made up of the same as the mind in terms of conscious unconscious and subconscious when you master your mind you begin to master your body because you begin to understand that your body is the car and your mind is the driver of that car your body not only represents your physical body but the physical world in which you live in and the experiences that play out for you this is opening your soul into that six vibrational energy and breath in that three six nine vibrational pattern of that greater breadth of the universe including micro and macro so when we speak about how you open up into the breath in these three steps you're opening up into the breath of that greater universe you are a micro of that greater universe so you are still it's like it's like filtering through you step three is about mastering the station and understanding that your thoughts and mind creates your reality your body plays a big role because your body strongly responds to your mind when you have a thought and your body responds with an emotion or a reaction then that thought is more likely to manifest for you people are too used to thinking so many things in their mind having their bodies react to those thoughts and then creating by default thus further affecting the physical body and reality of the person in a cycle of thought reaction and creation without consciously realizing or understanding how that pattern is playing out or creating for themselves mastering the body is connected to mastering the mind in the sense that the body also has the conscious unconscious and subconscious connection the conscious aspect of your body is your conscious manifestation of your physical body and the world around you the unconscious aspect of the body is the unconscious manifestation of your physical body and the world around you this is usually when one creates by default and or when one is in that cycle of reacting to their thoughts the subconscious aspect of the body plays a similar role as the subconscious aspect of the mind in terms of bridging the conscious and the unconscious the subconscious makes the unconscious conscious for the individual in both the mind and the body mastering the subconscious is understanding that there is a connection between the conscious and unconscious and when you are able to bridge that gap you begin to pay more attention to your conscious state therefore affecting your unconscious when started in the mind connecting more to the subconscious opens the individual to monitor their thoughts this then affects the body by opening up the awareness in the physical reality thus allowing the person to bridge the physical reality of conscious and unconscious manifestation and begin opening a more desirable physical reality this is also kind of bringing me to how you reflect what is on the inside you reflect that on the outside and so when you become more conscious in step two which is mastering the mind when you begin to understand your conscious and your unconscious and subconscious minds you will then begin to understand how your reality is a direct reflection of your mind and so when you become more conscious here in step three you begin to pay more attention to your reality and your physical body and understand that whatever is being presented to you in your reality you can then connect it to your mind and what's going on in your conscious unconscious and subconscious mind there is a direct connection in terms of reflecting each other Abraham through Esther Hicks very much worked with people here in step three of their ascension journey to oneness in helping people make conscious that you are creating your reality as these deliberate powerful creators and turning your thoughts into things every step every moment of the day so now let's connect step three of mastering the body in the physical incarnation to how it's connected to the soul's journey on or in the seven rays of light in mastering the body step three here in the physical the soul is able to again continue mastering the sixth ray of light because the body and the mind are so closely connected it's like a journey it's like an extension of itself and so step two and step three are very much intertwined together understanding the reflection of the body and the mind and and how that is cohesively working together and on a soul level it's about mastering the 6-3 even further and really kind of diving deeper into the sixth ray of light into the sixth or a vibration because what's coming to me right now is mastering the 6-3 of vibration on a soul level is very much about kind of anchoring yourself within the seven rays of light because if on a soul level you anchor into the seventh ray it's still easy to fall off of this target board and fall back into the lower vibrations however once your soul is able to make it on to the sixth ray of light and integrate further into this sixth ray of light through step two and step three in the physical mastering the mind and mastering the body on a soul level that soul just kind of dives even deeper into the vibration of the six three of light and so that really anchors the soul onto the seven rays of light target board so that it can continue raising its vibration on a soul level versus falling back down it's it's easier on a soul level once it's mastered this sixth ray of light to continue raising its vibration and continue advancing on its ascension journey to source into oneness so again mastering the body is very much connected to all the things that we spoke about in the 6-3 of light the next step is step four and this is mastering the spirit what came through is that mastering the spirit is mastering your connection to your higher self this is the energy that has been unlocked and spilling onto the planet through this trilogy energy that we spoke about it came through in the four for portal in April we spoke about the divine feminine divine masculine and Christ consciousness energy opening that trilogy energy in April and how it was going to be strong in the spring and spilling into the summer many people who have been doing the work will begin opening a stronger connection to their higher selves many in the collective of awakened souls or awakening souls are stepping into this stage of their ascension journey or they're stepping further into this stage of their ascension journey meaning more more mastering this stage this is opening your soul into the nine energy and breath this is what is leading us towards a greater awakening in the collective and possibly mass awakening in the near future this trilogy energy is opening onto the planet right now and will continue opening and integrating and activating and balancing within the collective consciousness and collective individuals and many will awaken to this energy in the next what came through was two to five years stepping into new earth 5d for many people in the collective especially lightworkers is stepping forward with the deep connection and stream of consciousness that comes from your higher self stepping into new earth 5d is about embodying the higher self in your physical form to be expressed through you so step four is very much about anchoring your ability to connect to your higher self and begin the process of embodying your higher self essentially what came through is that this step step four is about integrating more of the trilogy energy that we've been speaking about over the past couple of months divine feminine divine masculine and Christ consciousness energy this is also connected to the is raw and El creation energies that we've spoken about in a couple of our past videos the is energy being the Divine Feminine the raw energy being the divine masculine and the El energy being Christ consciousness the is raw and El creation energy help guide a person on their greater mission path also included in this trilogy of energy is the Trinity that a lot of people are familiar with that Father Son Holy Spirit energy and also within this sort of vein this step for is a bunch of other trilogy energies that work in alignment with the Divine Feminine divine masculine and Christ consciousness energy I spoke about this in my May full-moon video in terms of trilogy energy I'm going to put a screenshot above so basically if you want to think of the is raw and L energies as these three columns it's like a within each column is a stream of energy that encompasses all of these different forms of energies so the is energy is very much that divine feminine energy like we spoke about the father aspect of the Trinity creation energy it represents the right brain energy and encompasses the energy of ancient Egypt in the form of Isis it also activates the power of creation and creative that creative side within you as a self the raw energy is that divine masculine energy that we spoke about the Sun aspect of the Trinity energy it represents the knowledge of creation it represents the left brain and in connection to ancient Egypt it is connected very much to raw the Sun God it activates power of knowledge and knowing within and then the El energy of this trilogy energy is that Christ consciousness energy the Holy Spirit it represents thought form which is birthed out of creation and knowledge put together and it also represents thought which is love which we spoke about in the source within series in May and this thought is the merge of the left and right brain and in connection to ancient Egypt it is represented by the energy of Horus it opens power of the third eye which opens a portal between you and source activating the power of source within and this is about integrating all three of these energies and once you're able to integrate a balance of the is bra and L the Divine Feminine divine masculine and Christ consciousness then all of these three activations begin happening within you and basically all of that which I just spoke about is happening and integrating in this step for for people on their ascension journey so many people on their ascension journey or those who are kind of just in that awakening stage right now are beginning to integrate step 4 very very quickly and I think that's why very strongly beginning in April spring and summer how this trilogy energy is opening strongly on the planet I think it's very much to push people into step 4 on their ascension journey it's like a rapid ascension for a lot of people in integrating more of that higher self within their physical self and what had come through is that within the next two to five years many people in the entire collective meaning even those who are unaware at this moment will eventually begin stepping into this aspect of themselves integrating and connecting more of their higher self and this can also be done unconsciously for those who are not awakened and who are unaware and that's fine that's their journey because not everyone moving into 5d is going to be a spiritually enlightened and awakened person there are going to be many people moving into 5d who are not aware and not awakened but on an energetic soul level they are able to attain these higher vibrations which will then sweep them into a their now moment and be into that new earth energy this is simply about maybe opening yourself up to feeling more purpose opening yourself up to holding higher vibrations rather than those lower vibrations it doesn't necessary mean that you have to understand the universe or understand what your higher-self even is it's just about embodying a higher vibrational energy within you disconnecting from the energy of duality disconnecting from all of those lower vibrational energies that hold you down and just opening more up into purpose and opening more up into connection for many people who's been doing the work and for many lightworkers this step is about truly beginning to understand that you are more than just a physical form but rather you are spirit or energy your higher self or higher aspects having a physical experience and within that spirit aspect of you it is made up of this greater energy this trilogy energy of the Divine Feminine divine masculine and Christ consciousness energy which holds so much more even within their depths step four opens the person many lightworkers many people who have been doing the work into fully understanding the physical body and the self as a physical incarnation including like I was saying just opening up more to purpose and the ability to create creating more consciously and deliberately and connecting to a higher consciousness of the higher self now let's connect step four to the seven rays of light on the sole side so in the physical aspect when the person is able to master the spirit energy within their self their soul begins opening up into the next ray the fifth ray of light this raises the soul vibration up even further opens the soul into higher vibrational fifth ray of light the fifth ray being the ray of truth and healing it has the quality of truth and the energy of truth and healing it represents the truth of source within the physical and non-physical so again it's about knowing sources within knowing that you are more than just your physical body having an experience you are a higher aspect of you on a soul level and within that soul is a greater source so integrating that filtration of your soul of your spirit into the body and understanding that you are more than just your physical body you are spirit you are energy having a physical experience so that is the first four steps of the eight steps to oneness through trilogy energy as you make your way up in your ascension journey this is about mastering the mind body spirit and your physical self in your physical incarnation in part two we're going to begin speaking about step five we're going to continue on these this eight
