America has clearly extended an olive branch to North Korea's leader... assuring the door for denuclearization dialogue is still open... despite last month's missile test. That's coming from U.S. ambassador to South Korea, Harry Harris, during a keynote speech at a security forum held in Seoul today. That the U.S. is ready for detailed measures that could change Pyeongyang-Washington relations... to help establish everlasting peace on the peninsula. The ambassador praised the two Kim-Trump summits... and although they were not able to reach an agreement... they were able to exchange views and significantly narrow differences. He added... despite the many challenges ahead... Seoul and Washington are diplomatically and militarily working closely together to completely denuclearize North Korea.
