Amazon Flex India | How Much You Can Earn | Steps Amazon Flex was recently launched in India in Five Major Cities - Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur and Hyderabad. Amazon Flex is a program where you work as a freelancer and deliver products for Amazon. You have to use your own vehicle and deliver the Amazon Orders. It works on Something Called Blocks - Each Block is of 4 Hours in which you have deliver around 20-25 Packages. For each block Amazon Pays you 480Rs. Even though their website says 120-140 Rs per hour, you are not paid on the basis of hours. You will be paid on the basis of blocks. In Order to register you have download their app from their website. It is not available on play store. Then Fill in the details such as address, phone number, PAN Card, Driving License Number Details , etc., Then you are made to watch 6 videos each of around 3 mins in order to proceed to next step. These videos will explain about how to deliver, where to pickup goods, payment collection etc. Once done, you will receive a call within a day or two to have in person verification at one of the amazons facilities along with two hours training. In the training you will be again explained in detail about each and every step that has to be followed. Once done with the training, your background verification shall be done, which will take roughly around 5 days and then you are allowed to deliver. So here are the steps that you need to follow in order to deliver through flex: Every Friday, you need to select about your availability to deliver in the upcoming week ahead and in which area. Each day has 4 Blocks to select and if you want, you can deliver in all the 4 blocks but you can't overlap them. The app will notify you about which all blocks you have been allocated to. You need to reach the amazon station around 15 before your slot and collect all the packages segregated in a bag by scanning a QR Code in the station. Once started, you can either deliver the packages in 1 hour and then return back to station or deliver for 4 hour and then return back. In both scenario you shall be paid the standard block amount of 480Rs. Once all delivered, you need to head back to your station to return back undelivered packages and submit the money collected. Considering the number of blocks you have done in the last week you shall be paid every Wednesday.
