3 Simple Steps to Get Your Project Back on Track!
For the last 15 years I have been managing international
marketing teams. Whenever a project didn't go quite as well as it should have,
it wasn't the missing project plan.
I realized it had to do with behavioral questions: either from the management
side - there was something missing - or the communication within the team or between teams
wasn't good enough.
I also realized that these are the hardest topics to
address internally, because they are quite sensitive.
With this in mind, I have created a 3 step program to bring project success.
Step number one we need transparency on goals and alignment. Together we'll have a close look at the
goals: how they've been set and in their quality.
Number two: we want strong leadership
In one-to-one coaching we'll have a close look at what type of
leadership skills are important for this particular project
The third piece is trust and teamwork. Here it'll be all about communication within
the team or between teams and how we can improve that
when those three things come together: alignment on goals, strong leadership and collaboration in a
trusted environment - projects will succeed
