So usually partners, they help you understand something better and also, it is better to have a partner than work alone. Because when you're working alone sometimes you won't find a mistake that you made, but when you have a partner, they might catch a mistake that you have made in your work. So some of your strengths were that you did a really good job restating and answering, but some things that I think that you could do to make your short response even better is like maybe try to read the speech a couple of times because I've noticed that you didn't really understand it and really know the main idea of it. I think this because over here you said you picked a tone because the speech didn't really stop the civil war which is not really the reason why Abraham Lincoln gave the speech and it's incorrect. The reason that he, gave the speech is to honor and respect those who have, fought for our country and who have passed away So I think that this would help you and the ones that would help you would be, looking at the first and last line and then identifying the words and phrases that repeat so if you look into the text over here like say this one "While it can never forget what they did here." So this whole thing is about how Abraham Lincoln is respecting those and honoring them I think you did really good on giving the details and explaining them and the times you picked more is really good. I think you should tie up your response, like "as you can see" and then I think you should also explain why you chose those tones. I think your next step is to tie up your response and I think "finally", "to sum up", "in conclusion" and "as you can see" can help you tie up.
