NOBODY COULD ACTUALLY HELP ME EXCEPT YOU. SHE TURNED TO ME AFTER DISCOVERING THAT A RUSKIN BODY SHOP CASHED HER THREE CHECKS FROM HER INSURANCE COMPANY BUT DID NOT FIX HER 2013 SUBARU CROSS TREK. SHE KNEW SHE'D BETTER CALL BEHNKEN AND I WENT TO WORK VISITING THE REPAIR SHOP AND CALLING AUTHORITIES. THE MORNING AFTER OUR REPORT PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE STEPPED UP TO HELP EVEN THOUGH THIS IS NOT THEIR MISTAKE TO FIX. SO THEY'RE GOING TO HANDLE THE CLAIM AS IF IT WAS NEVER TAKEN TO COSTELLO'S AND START THE PROCESS OVER AGAIN. SARAH WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT IN EARLY MAY AND MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT GOING THROUGH PROGRESSIVE'S INSURED SHOPS. INSTEAD SHE SIGNED A WAIVER AND HER INSURANCE MONEY WENT TO CASTILLO'S AND SHE SAID SHE JUST GOT EXCUSES, BUT NOW SHE GOT RESULTS. I'M VERY HAPPY. CASTILLO'S GENERAL MANAGER TOLD ME HE HAD MULTIPLE DEATHS IN THE FAMILY AND GOT BEHIND ON WORK BUT THAT HE PLANNED TO GIVE THE INSURANCE MONEY BACK. I'M VERY EXCITED, VERY GRATEFUL TO YOU GUYS MOST OF ALL. CASTILLO'S GENERAL MANAGER ED ASSURED ME EARLIER THIS WEEK HE WOULD MAKE THINGS RIGHT. HE OFFERED TO PAY THE MONEY BACK MINUS THE WORK HE CLAIMS HE DID. NOW IT APPEARS IT'S GOING TO BE UP TO PROGRESSIVE TO GET THE MONEY BACK FROM HIM. I DON'T WANT TO PRESSURE YOU BECAUSE YOU'VE REALLY EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS HERE, BUT HOW QUICKLY CAN SHE GET HER CAR BACK NOW? I DID CALL THE NEW SHOP AND ASK AND, OF COURSE, THEY KNOW ABOUT THE STORY AND THEY'RE TRYING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT FOR HER. THEY TOLD ME THE ACTUAL WORK WILL TAKE A FEW DAYS, BUT THEY HAVE TO ORDER SOME PARTS FIRST. ONE THING IS FOR SURE HERE. PROGRESSIVE SEEMS TO BE INVOLVED IN EVERY STEP OF THIS ROUND OF REPAIRS AND I THINK THAT'S GOING TO MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE FOR HER. THANK YOU.
